    We are diamond Hilton Honors members and we prefer the Hilton brands when possible. There's a typical positive experience you could expect.
    From our arrival this was not a positive experience. We chose the hotel due to the airport shuttle service. We called to ask where the shuttle picks up and were told for terminal 3 go to post 37. That's all nothing else. We're waiting outside freezing and see a bus just pass by without stopping. We called and again the lady told us where to pick up. So we wait and about 25 minutes another goes by without stopping. I call a third time, the clerk had no empathy, etc. and just reiterated the pick up. Finally the bus stops, the driver's first sentence was "it's not my fault". We were waiting on the departure level not the arrivals (we're not familiar with the airport and were never asked or told where to specifically be). When we finally arrived at check in and explained what happened the clerk chuckled when noting that we should have been in arrivals. Very poor experience, no empathy. She did note that we were diamond Honors members and noted as though she was reading a script (hollow thank you).
    The room was clean and somewhat dated. The bathroom was sufficient.

    Based on the shuttle experience I would stay here again.
