- DA Raakman Added 2018-06-17★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Complete incompetence on the part of the service department. They simply don't know what they're doing.
By way of update since writing this review, I will share that the service counter staff took the right approach in handling my vehicle service - they took ownership of their countless mistakes, apologized and made amends, even cleaning my van inside and out while it was in the shop. Good on them. In light of this, I improved the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
